Personalized coaching for women living with histamine intolerance and MCAS.
A calm place to start.
Women are nearly twice as likely to experience histamine intolerance as men. For every man diagnosed, there are two women also facing symptoms. The reason? Hormones.
Hormonal changes and imbalances often trigger or worsen histamine intolerance and even MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome). I experienced this firsthand—when I had a complete hysterectomy, my food intolerances and histamine-related symptoms disappeared for three months. I finally felt free and in control of my body. But once menopause began, my histamine symptoms and food triggers quickly returned.
I live with Urticaria Pigmentosa and MCAS, understanding the challenges of histamine-related conditions firsthand. As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I support women struggling with histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS).
I work with women who live with a chronic rash that itches uncontrollably. Women with no diagnosed food allergies, yet who react to most foods. Women afraid to sit on the grass at a park for fear of allergies or insect bites. Women hesitant to leave the house because of unpredictable GI symptoms. And women who feel dismissed by medication stacking, yet continue to suffer with the same symptoms months later.
My unique coaching approach provides personalized support to help you regain control of your body, calm symptoms, recognize triggers, and embrace a low histamine lifestyle without fear.
